The National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) announces that an amount of 65.96 million lei has been allocated for the payment of various types of social benefits. Among these are single birth allowances, those for child rearing and care, for raising twin children, paternal allowances, maternity allowances, as well as those for temporary incapacity to work, reports IPN.
Beneficiaries can collect their money after the processing of payments through the government’s electronic payment service, MPay.
At the same time, CNAS recommends parents that after registering the child’s birth at the Public Services Agency, they should open a social card at any commercial bank in Moldova. This option allows them to access benefits regardless of the country they are in.
