The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Moldova donates US$100,000 to the Chisinau City Hall for helping the Ukrainian refugees, IPN reports.
“We hope that this money will help those who need support in this difficult period,” the Embassy said in a message.
According to Mayor Ion Ceban, the money will be spent in a transparent way for managing the situation now that the City Hall is maximally involved in the effort to help the refugees.
The mayor expressed his gratitude for the support offered by the partners. He said the Embassy of China and the Chisinau City Hall have nice cooperation relations in a number of areas.
