Hemp field discovered in Taraclia

About 800 plants similar to hemp were found by carabineers on a field in Taraclia district. The plants were pulled out and taken for examination, IPN reports.

The General Carabineer Inspectorate said the plants were growing on an uncultivated field that is about 50 square meters in area. It is situated near Ciumai village of Taraclia district.

The plants were extracted by carabineers of the Taraclia Police Inspectorate and will be kept until the examination results are ready.
