The driving test will be taken according to new rules, IPN reports. On Demeter 11, the new methodology for taking the exam for obtaining a driver’s license came into force, IPN reports.
This way, the minimum period of time for taking the practical driving test for obtaining categories B and BE will be 25 minutes. Additionally, the candidates will perform special maneuvers on the road.
For categories C, CE, D and subcategories C1, C1E, D1, DE, the minimum period of time for taking the practical driving test is 45 minutes, which also does not include the period of time for performing special maneuvers on the road.
Under the new methodology, the candidates will also perform special additional maneuvers on the road in the practical test, such as driving forward and backward and parking within the delimited space, as the Public Services Agency has said.
The persons who do not agree with the results in the theory and practical driving tests within three workdays can file written challenges to the vehicle registration and driver qualification subdivision that organized the examination.
The methodology for taking the exam for obtaining a driver’s license was worked out by the Public Services Agency in concert with the Ministry of Education and Research and meets the European norms and practices in the field.
