Starting from Monday, October 6, gas consumers will begin to receive their first bills issued by SA Energocom, for the consumption recorded in September. According to a statement issued by the company, the billing process remains unchanged, and the bills will be delivered by mail or email, depending on the option previously chosen by each customer, reports IPN.
The only novelty is the appearance of the new invoice. It comes with a modern, clear and intuitive design, designed to be easily understood by any consumer. The invoice will include the issue date, payment term, consumption volume, consumption history for the last 12 months, price components for 1,000 cubic meters, as well as contractual data – personal account and contract number – which remain unchanged, Energocom specifies.
To ensure accurate billing, Energocom encourages consumers to enter meter readings on the day of payment. The invoice can be paid daily at the counters of the Moldova Post, at the branches of partner banks or online, through banking applications or directly on the energocom.md website, in the “Pay the bill” section. Payments can also be made through payment terminals in the RunPay, Paynet, Qiwi, BPAY networks.
Those who choose to pay online must select “Energocom” or “Energocom Supply” from the list of available services and enter the same personal account number displayed on the physical bill.
For questions or clarifications regarding the gas supply, consumers can call the support line 1304, they can address one of the 12 commercial offices in the country, or they can access the official website of the company, www.energocom.md.
From September 1, Energocom has taken over the gas supply under the obligation of public service and as a last resort supplier. The consumers’ contracts remain valid and are automatically taken over by Energocom, without the need for their renewal.
During the transition period, Moldovagaz continues to serve customers on behalf of Energocom, through its 12 operational offices throughout the country.
