The criminal case started over the gang rape committed in Strășeni was remitted to court. The three men are accused of forcing a woman to have sex with them at the home of one of them, using physical and mental violence. The abuses continued on the shore of a lake, where the individuals transported the victim in an unconscious state, IPN reports.
It happened on September 6, 2024. The men are accused not only of rape, but also of kidnapping the woman. The Prosecutor General’s Office said that the defendants refused to make statements on the case.
Under the provisions of the Criminal Code, the defendants risk a maximum of 25 years in jail.
