A citizen of Ukraine was caught smuggling about 11 kg of “PVP” drugs that were to be sold in Republic of Moldova, IPN reports, with reference to the Border Police.
The suspect acted in collusion with other persons in the southern region of Moldova, on the Moldovan-Ukrainian border. Those persons haven’t been yet identified.
The seized drugs were estimated at about 5 million lei. The Ukrainian citizen is suspected of smuggling, trafficking in drugs and illegal crossing of the state border.
