Electricity consumption on Saturday is expected to be 7% lower than on Friday. Energocom notes that it has made the necessary capacity reservations on the right bank at the border with Romania to supplement domestic demand with imported electricity, IPN reports.
Thus, for Saturday, January 25, Moldova’s consumption needs will be covered by electricity generated by the Chisinau and Balti district heating plants, energy produced by renewable facilities, plus imported energy.
There will be no disconnections.
