Researchers from the Republic of Moldova have received new international recognitions for their work in the field of agriculture. Four invention patents developed by specialists from the National Institute of Applied Research in Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine were awarded with three gold medals and one silver medal at the International Invention Fair “Inventica 2025”, recently held in Iasi, reports IPN.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the inventions aim at modern solutions applicable in agriculture, from fruit processing to viticulture, winemaking, and animal husbandry. The initiatives have been appreciated for their practical nature and potential to contribute to the modernization of agriculture in the region.
The Institute has also received a special award for its contribution in the field of research and innovation.
The International Salon “Inventica 2025” brought together inventors, researchers, and experts from various countries in Iasi, being organized by the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University and the National Institute of Inventics.
The event aimed to promote innovative ideas, with a focus on practical applications that can support economic development and performance in agriculture, industry or other fields.
