A 51-year-old man from Dondușeni district was arrested on suspicion that he raped his former daughter-in-law in a German town and filmed the moment. It happened when the young woman came to bring a part of the money that the man extorted from her, IPN reports.
The General Police Inspectorate said the man, who was in a town in Germany, extorted €2,000 from a 30-year-old woman last July on the pretext of a debt. He threatened his ex-daughter-in-law who lived in the same town with the publication of intimae pictures. Moreover, he demanded that the woman should have sex with him and should send him intimate photos if she wanted the debt to be forgiven.
When the victim went to the man’s house to take €700 of the asked amount to him, he raped her and filmed the scene in secret.
At the end of last year, the victim returned to Moldova and denounced the man to the police. The suspect was arrested when he tried to leave the country. He faces a jail term of at most 10 years.
