The Commission for Exceptional Situations decided to extend the environmental permit for waste management and the air emissions permit of the Rybnitsa steel works until January 31,IPN reports.
The Commission also extended the time limit for paying by SA Moldovagaz the import duties on the natural gas transmitted through pipes during April-December 2022 until January 31.
In this connection, SA Moldovagaz was exempted from administrative liability and penalties for not observing the legal provisions on the payment of import duties on the natural gas transmitted during April-October 2022.
Adjustments were also made concerning the import of crude oil, oil products, sawdust, wood waste or scrap for making solid biofuel in accordance with the new Combined Nomenclature that took effect on January 1 this year.
