The basic premium for internal civil liability motor insurance is increased to 1,350 lei. The National Commission for Financial Markets adjusted the formula for calculating this premium. The new tariff will take effect when the Commission’s decision is published in the Official Gazette, IPN reports.
The premium for internal civil liability motor insurance is set and updated at least once a year by the National Commission for Financial Markets.
According to the Commission, the average insurance paid in 2021 was 14,897 lei, while the average premium collected was 854 lei. The basic premium is now 995 lei.
