In the course of last December, the legislature passed 57 legislative proposals at plenary sittings. Out of these, 49 are laws and eight are decisions, IPN reports.
According to Parliament, of all the adopted laws, about half are legislative initiatives proposed by MPs. In December, the lawmakers gave a first reading to 62 bills.
Also, there were introduced 9 draft normative documents.
The legislative body last month came together for six plenary sittings.

- The government has planted 110 thousand saplings as part of the “Forest Generation” campaign
- The National Police, equipped with modern forensic equipment, with the support of Germany
- Alexei Buzu, appointed as the Secretary General of the Government
- The EU has approved a new support package for Ukraine, worth over one billion euros
