Vehicle owners, individuals and legal entities with an electronic signature, can request online and receive instantly (in real time), in their personal office (MCabinet), two more electronic documents – the extract confirming ownership of the vehicle and the extract confirming the registration of the vehicle in the State Register of Vehicles, IPN reports.
The Public Services Agency said the extracts need to be submitted, upon request, to courts, banks, the State Tax Service, microfinance companies, when a LLC is liquidated etc. The extracts meet the requirements for electronic documents and contain the space names in two languages: Romanian and English.
The new services can be accessed online both from the Republic of Moldova and from abroad. The online application for the service can be submitted through www.servicii.gov.md. Payment for these services is made through the Government e-Payment Gateway (Mpay).
Extracts requested online and received instantly in electronic format in MCabinet cost by 20% less than documents issued on paper.
The option to order services online is also available to beneficiaries of concessions. It is only necessary to select by ticking the category of beneficiary of concessions. If it is confirmed that the applicant belongs to one of the categories of beneficiaries, the service will be provided free of charge.
If necessary, the system offers the possibility of asking for the apostilling of documents ordered online and delivered instantly to the personal office. The apostilling service is offered for a fee, depending on several parameters (country for which it is requested, deadline for issuance, etc.). After generating the extract, the system will automatically submit it to the Ministry of Justice for validation. Thus, the apostille issued by the Ministry of Justice will appear in MCabinet separately, during the period selected by the applicant, in the form of an electronic document, in PDF, with QR code. When viewing the electronic document, the first page will contain the apostille issued by the Ministry of Justice, while the next page – the extract issued by the Public Services Agency.
