Latvia allows passenger transport operators to cross its territory without permissive documents so that the units of transport and the citizens could return to the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports.
According to the National Road Transport Agency, this became possible following negotiations held with the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Latvia.
The authorities continue the talks with the responsible authorities of Romania, Poland and Lithuania so as to obtain the consent to operate passenger transport routes in transit without permissive documents.
