By an order issued by Prosecutor General Alexandr Stoianoglo, the post of chief prosecutor of the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office as of June 22 will be temporarily held by Adrian Bordianu, whose deployment at the Superior Council of Prosecutors was suspended, IPN reports.
Sergiu Gavajuc, who starting with December 10, 2019 held the post of chief of the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office on an interim basis, returned to his previous post of acting vice director of the North Service of the Anticorruption Proctor’s Office.
“The changes are based on objective, including personal, reasons and the necessity of further ensuring the functionality of the given specialized body,“ the Prosecutor General’s Office has said.
