There is no immediate risk of Moldova experiencing gas or power supply disruptions, Moldovan Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița told a news conference on Thursday evening.
The issue was discussed at the Commission for Emergencies, which assembled earlier today.
“While there could be very brief periods needed for adjustment, both the Ministry of Infrastructure and energy operators told the Commission that such probability is low and that there are solutions to ensure the supply of gas and energy to Moldova”, said Gavrilița.
Earlier, Moldovagaz, too, said gas supplies were coming in as usual and in the amounts agreed with the supplier.
