Alexandru Ursu will be suggested for the post of director of the Administrator Board of the National Agency for Energy Regulation after he won the public contest held by the Parliament’ commission on economy, budget and finance, IPN reports.
Parliament is to confirm or reject the candidate for the post of NAER director.
The Agency’s Administrator Board consists of five directors who are named to post by Parliament based on a contest. A post of director is currently vacant. The contest to fill the vacancy involved eight candidates. Besides Alexandru Ursu, the contenders were: Andrei Adam, Victor Gonța, Pavel Ciubotaru, Cornelia Gorinchoi, Victor Melinchanu, Adrian Gorodenko, and Diana Enaki.
