A woman has died and two drivers and a child were taken to hospital following an accident on the Chisinau-Ungheni route near Rassvet, IPN reports.
According to Straseni police, a 38-year-old woman passenger was killed in the collision of two cars. The driver and a 6-year-old child in the same car were taken to hospital.
The driver of the other car, a 66-year-old man, was also taken to hospital.
Police have opened a criminal case to establish all the circumstances surrounding the accident.
