The former Minister of Labor and Social Protection, Alexei Buzu, has been appointed as the Secretary General of the State Chancellery. A decision in this regard was approved today at the first meeting of the Government led by Alexandru Munteanu, reports IPN.
Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu stated that he has established, together with Alexei Buzu, the priority areas of activity, with an emphasis on territorial-administrative reform and the reform related to digitization.
“These two things are very large objectives and we will certainly have other priorities on our agenda. I am very pleased that he accepted this position, which is very important for our common success,” the prime minister further said.
Alexei Buzu expressed his gratitude for the trust given, assuring that they will make a good team.
In the same meeting, the release of Ana Calinici from the position of Secretary of State of the Government was approved, based on her resignation request.
