The enrollment of students from the capital into the tenth grade will begin in July, and the second stage is scheduled for August. The announcement was made by the deputy head of the General Directorate of Education, Youth and Sport, Andrei Pavaloi, during a city hall meeting, reports IPN.
The source further specifies that applications will be submitted online, on the platform escoala.chisinau.md. According to Andrei Pavaloi, the first stage will take place between July 13 and August 1, while the second one between August 3 and 14. “Students will be able to submit their request on the eSchool platform and can opt for three educational institutions”, Andrei Pavaloi clarified.
At the same time, the representative of the department also presented data regarding registration in the first grade. After the completion of the first and second stages, 8,490 children were enrolled, out of a total of 10,012 available places. Thus, there are still 1,522 places available in the educational institutions of the municipality.
Parents who were unable to enroll their children in the first two stages will be able to submit their files between August 20-30, when the supplementary enrollment stage for the first grade will take place.
