The printing of ballots for postal voting in the national constitutional referendum and presidential election of October 20 has begun, IPN reports.
The Central Election Commission is set to launch the process on Thursday, at 12:30 p.m., at the Central Printing House located at 1 Florilor St.
In accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Code, representatives of election contestants, accredited observers and media outlets can attend the process of making the ballot paper, printing the ballots and liquidating the mold.
