Young gymnast Iana Caraman won silver in the hoop event and finished fourth in the ball event at the Rhythmic Gymnastics Grand Prix Miss Valentine tournament held in Estonia, IPN reports.
Another young gymnast of Moldova, Sofia Bulat, qualified for the finals of the juniors competition in baton twirling and ribbon.
The Moldovan squad that was accompanied by the president of the National Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation Victoria Federiuc also included Polina Shlyomskaya and Antonina Shargu and coaches Marina Leushkina and Anna Sokolova.
