Moldovan citizens can travel in Greece, including for tourism purposes, based on the vaccine certificate or a negative molecular test for COVID-19 obtained at most before 72 hours earlier, IPN reports, quoting the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Greece.
The Embassy said the restrictions will remain annulled at least until the next announcement is published in the Official Government Gazette of the Republic of Greece, on July 8, 2021.
On July 1, European Union governments agreed to add 11 countries, in cluing the Republic of Moldova, to their list of states from which they will allow non-essential travel. Ambassadors from the EU’s 27 states approved the additions at a meeting in Brussels on June 30, with the change to take effect in the coming days. According to Reuters.com, the 11 countries joining the list are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, Jordan, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
