A number of 26,910 doses of Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine of the lot of 700,830 doses bought by the Ministry of Health through the Office for the Management of External Assistance Programs were delivered to Chisinau. The doses will be distributed proportionally to all the national vaccination units. So far the National Public Health Agency got 201,740 doses of the lot purchased by the Ministry of Health, IPN reports.
In total, Moldova received 426,330 Pfizer vaccine doses, including through the COVAX Facility and as donation from Romania.
Over 784,700 persons have been vaccinated against COVID-19 with a completed series in Moldova by now.
