The body of a young woman was detected in Dendrariu Park in Chisinau on Friday morning. The forensic doctor did not find bodily injuries on the body, Natalia Stati, head of the press service of the Chisinau Police Division, told IPN.
She said that the Buiucani Police Inspectorate at 09:42 a.m. was notified about a body discovered in the park’s pond.
The identity of the young woman was established. The woman was 27 years old.
The press reported that the young woman escaped from the psychiatric hospital, but the police in Chisinau did not confirm or reject this information. According to Natalia Stati, an investigation was opened to establish all the circumstances.
