The National Agency for Energy Regulation on Friday approved higher heat charges for consumers in Chisinau, Balti and Comrat, IPN reports.
In the capital city, the charge for the consumers served by Termoelectrica was increased by 686 lei to 2,510 lei/Gcal.
For the residents of Balti served by CET-Nord, the price of centralized heat was raised by 307 lei to 2,126 lei/Gcal.
In Comrat, the consumers served by Î.M. “Rețelele și Centralele Termice Comrat” (“Comrat Thermal Networks and Power Plants”) will pay 3,222 lei/Gcal.
The new charges will come into force on the day of publication of the decisions in the Official Gazette.
