The employees and visitors who were inside the Buiucani Court of Chisinau in the morning of October 29 were evacuated after a man called the police through the 112 Service, saying an explosive device was planted inside the court, IPN reports.
The Chisinau Police Division and the specialized services, including a Bomb Squad team, travelled to the scene at about 8am. The police fenced the area and evacuated the people from inside the building. The Bombteh experts didn’t find any suspect device.
The bomb hoaxer is being searched. He faces a fine of 27,500 to 42,500 lei, 180 to 240 hours of community service or at most two years in jail for misinformation about an act of terrorism.
