Romania will continue to offer strategic support on all levels to Moldova, stated the Romanian President Klaus Iohannis. In a message congratulating Moldovans on their Independence Day, Iohannis acknowledges Moldova as “part of the great European family”.
“Congratulations to the citizens of the Republic of Moldova on the occasion of Independence Day! You are part of the great European family, and the continuation of the current efforts will turn the accession to the EU into an accomplished goal”, the Romanian president declared in his message.
August 27 marks the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Moldova.
