The Fălești Branch of the Bălți Court sentenced a 45-year-old man to 13 years in jail for sexually abusing his daughter aged 13, IPN reports.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, it happened in June-October 2022, when the man was at his home in Fălești district, together with his minor daughter who was in his care. The man physically and mentally constrained his daughter to satisfy his sexual desires in a perverse form.
The man accepted his blame. He was held on remand until the conviction sentence took effect. The sentence is not final and can be disputed in the Bălți Appeals Court within 15 days.
