The municipality begins the inventorying of unfinished constructions situated in Chisinau, which have been conserved or abandoned for over three years. An order to this effect was signed by deputy mayor of Chisinau Ilie Ceban, IPN reports.
The inventorying will be conducted by the district head’s offices, while the General Architecture, Urbanism and Land Relations Division, in cooperation with the Construction Authorization and Discipline Division, will present information about the permissive documents issued for these buildings.
The Chisinau City Hall said the state of the identified constructions will be assessed by a municipal working group until the end of this August. The list of unfinished constructions, with the determined completion degree, will be transmitted to the Public Services Agency.
The measure was taken in connection with the Chisinau Municipal Council’s decision concerning the measures that need to be taken to do away with the faults and to implement the recommendations formulated by the Court of Auditors in the audit report on the compliance of the budget process and public property management in the municipality of Chisinau in 2018-2020.
