According to the preliminary results of the main Baccalaureate exams session in technical-vocational education institutions, of the 552 candidates who sat the exams, 487 students or 88.22% passed them. The exams were sat during June 25-29, IPN reports, quoting the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research.
The additional examination session in vocational schools for 65 candidates will be held on July 7.
Minister Lilia Pogolșa thanked the managers of technical-vocational education institutions, directors of Baccalaureate centers and all those who ensured the proper conduct of the main session. She noted that these combined efforts were aimed at enabling the students of vocational schools to gain access to higher education establishments, to a specialty of those studied.
