The flight schedule of Fly One airline was modified following technical faults in an aircraft. Some of the flights were cancelled, while others were delayed. The Civil Aviation Authority (ACC) for Monday convoked the air operators certification commission to assess the situation and determine the reasons that led to cancellations and delays, IPN reports.
In case of cancellation or long delays, the airline is obliged to provide all the necessary assistance, including food, accommodation, rerouting and compensation depending on the orthodromic distance between airports, the CAA has said.
To receive support, the passengers who whose flights were canceled or delayed are encouraged to fill in the form proposed by the Authority.
