The price of 95 octane gasoline is approaching 32 lei per liter, and that of diesel – 33 lei. For the next three days, the National Agency for Energy Regulation has announced a price increase of 15 bani for gasoline and 7 bani for diesel, reports IPN.
Thus, during the period of September 5-7, a liter of COR 95 gasoline will be sold at the pump for a maximum of 31.96 lei, and a liter of standard diesel – for a maximum of 32.91 lei.
At the end of August, the authorities extended the state of alert in the energy sector, citing risks related to the supply of petroleum products. Recently, the Minister of Energy, Dorin Junghietu, announced that the fuel supply situation in the Republic of Moldova has improved. Diesel stocks have increased from a level that covered only 5-6 days of consumption two weeks ago, to reserves sufficient for about 10 days.
