The National Energy Regulatory Agency ANRE introduced rules to protect homes assigned high and extremely high energy vulneragibily ratings against being disconnected from the grid and other energy networks during the cold season.
The ANRE clarified that the rules represent an application of primary legislation, in particular the Law on the Prohibition of Utility Disconnections in the Cold Season.
