Azerbaijan took revenge on Moldova for the defeat suffered last year. The Azeri national football team that includes five players of champion Qarabag defeated Moldova’s squad 2-1, with the goals being scored by Mahmudov and Isayev in the first half of the game, IPN reports.
The goal of honor for Moldova was scored by Nikita Moțpan in overtime.
Moldova manager Sergiu Kleshchenko used the following players: Chelyadnik, Ryabchuk, Armaș, Ioniță (M.Platica 84), Kochuk (Postolachi 46), Damașcan (Stînă 66), Kaymakov (Moțan 66), Iovu, Dumbravanu, Revenco, Rață (Kleshchenko 84).
