Families affected by the fire in Durlesti on May 16th can collect a one-time allowance of 10,000 lei until June 30th at post offices, reported IPN.
According to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection, Alexei Buzu, the cash aid can be collected by one of the family members, identified as the owner of the apartment. For questions and clarifications, the Green Line is open at 0 800 108 90.
Minister Buzu assures that each family will receive this initial aid to cover their urgent expenses and primary needs. Many apartments have been left without electricity and gas, which is why people cannot continue living there.
250 vouchers, ranging from 500 to 2000 lei, have been distributed for essential products.
Previously, the Commission for Emergency Situations has decided that the Government will allocate over 1.2 million lei for the construction of a temporary roof on the residential building in Durlești. Additionally, almost 56 thousand lei will be directed towards the technical expertise of the attic ravaged by flames.
