The Chisinau International Airport has expanded its network of air connections to 27 new destinations, including 23 flights to European countries, IPN reports.
New destinations in the EU include Alicante, Dortmund, Katowice, Larnaca, Nice, Thessaloniki, Bremen, Memmingen, Parma, Turin, and Riga. Outside the EU, travelers can opt for Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Manchester, and Marsa Alam.
“This expansion of the flight map, in 2024–2025, contributes to increasing the mobility of citizens, strengthening economic and tourist ties and bringing Moldova closer to the European space,” said the Civil Aviation Authority.
