The 2023-2024 heating season in Chisinau ends on April 1, deputy mayor of the capital city Ilie Ceban announced in the ordinary meeting of officials of municipal services, IPN reports.
“The temperatures have been rather high. It’s pretty warm. Therefore, please, starting today, sign the order on the closure of the heating season,” stated Ilie Ceban.
Last weekend, daytime temperatures rose to +27 degrees Celsius and higher in parts of Moldova.
The 2023-2024 heating season for consumers in Chisinau started on November 13.
