The German Foreign Minister, Johann Wadephul, will make a brief visit to Chisinau on Tuesday, July 1st. The official will arrive at the Great National Assembly Square around 18:00, where he will visit the Catedrala Nasterii Domnului, reports IPN.
The German minister will make a press statement in front of the Cathedral.
The visit’s schedule also includes a discussion with representatives of religious denominations and a dinner with the President of the Republic of Moldova. The dignitary will have a few more meetings, but without the presence of the press.
Johann Wadephul is the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany since the current month of May and a member of the Bundestag since 2009.
