A severe road accident occurred at the entrance to the village of Radulenii Vechi in the Floresti district. A young man and his passenger died after the car they were traveling in skidded, overturned, and then hit an electric pole, reports IPN.
According to the General Inspectorate of Police, the young man, who was driving a BMW registered in another country, for reasons yet unknown, is believed to have lost control of the car and skidded, overturning. The car was projected into a pillar on the side of the road.
As a result of the impact, the 31-year-old driver and the 21-year-old passenger died on the spot.
The police are investigating the case to determine all the circumstances surrounding the occurrence of the accident.
