A 26-year-old man was sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexually abusing two children and for child pornography. The victims are an 8-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy, IPN reports.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, between 2022 and 2023, intending to use and possess photos and images of children involved in explicit sexual activities, he kept 18 photo files and 10 video files representing child pornography in his mobile phone.
Also, in April 8, 2023, profiting from the poor financial condition of two children, he convinced them to get into his car. They went outside the built-up area of a village, where for a sum of money he performed sexual acts with each of the two.
The defendant partially pleaded guilty. He got 12 years in a closed prison.
