SA Energocom extended the contract for the supply of electricity with MGRES and in February will purchase approximately 230,000 MWh of power, IPN reports.
According to the agreed timetable, the daily minimum margin will be 6,800 MWh, while the maximum margin – about 8,900 MWh. The price remained the same as for the previous two months – 73 USD/MWh.
Also, SA Energocom will continue purchasing electrical energy from SN Nuclearelectrica SA, by 30 MWh time bands during the day and by 10 MWh time bands at night. The purchase from SN Nuclearelectrica SA in February will total 16,240 MWh. The purchase price according to this contact is 450 RON/MWh.
By an order made by the Commission for Exceptional Situations, SA Energocom was empowered to buy electrical energy for the Republic of Moldova for January-March 2023.
