The State Tax Service last year collected 55 billion lei into the national public budget, up 16.4% or 7.7 billion lei compared with a year before, IPN reports.
According to the Service, 23.8 billion lei was accumulated into the state budget, an increase of 18.6% or 3.7 billion lei compared with 2021.
About 5.9 billion lei was collected into the local budgets, up 14.5% or 752 million lei on a year before.
A sum of 18.9 billion lei was collected into the state social insurance budget, an increase of 15% or about 2.5 billion lei against 2021.
The amounts accumulated into the mandatory health insurance funds totaled 6.3 billion lei, up 14% or approximately 780 million lei compared with 2021.
