The local public authorities of the first level will have an electronic tool for registering the topographic and geodetic works. In this regard, the Cabinet approved the institution of the state geographic information system State Register of Topographic and Geodetic Works, IPN reports.
The system will enable private individuals and legal entities that execute topographic and geodetic works to register these through a free government system by being given a unique registration number. The registration through the information system will be made by the local public authorities. If this is not possible, the works will be registered by the administrative authorities responsible for the implementation of policies in the fields of geodesy, cartography and geoinformatics.
The system will also enable private individuals and legal entities to access spatial data from the State Register through network services.
