Voting-eligible students, who do not have registration at home or temporary residence in the locality where they are studying, can vote in the presidential election and in the constitutional referendum of October 20 at any polling station established in this locality.
The Central Election Commission said that these students will be obliged to present the identity documents and the student ID card of the educational institution of the respective locality.
These voters will be put on the supplementary electoral rolls.
